His superior analytic skills, meticulous attention to details and determination to find solutions to problems make him the man to count on when you have a computer malfunction. She’s known as the bionic woman of the PRGeeks, because when it comes to solving complex computer problems, Yaritza is unstoppable. She is A+ certified through Global Learning Consulting and a Dell System Certified Expert with a powerful background in computer technology. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Yaritza went on to amass experience as a top-notch computer technician for a major computer service company as well as for a well-known global courier service.  She’s a perfectionist who doesn’t believe in giving up and is always looking for new and better ways of solving problems. When you see her pull up in the PRGeek mobile, you should rest assured you’re problem is about to be solved. 

If Jorge were a comic book character he would be better known as the “Master Guru of Networks.” Although finding solutions to network-related problems is Jorge’s top talent, there is no computer dilemma too big or too small for him to take on. Jorge has the Comptia certifications A+ and Network +. He also has five certifications that entitle him to be called a Microsoft Certified System Administrator. These include: 1) Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows 2003 server environment, 2) Installing configuring and administering Windows XP and 3) Implementing, Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Network. Jorge was drawn to technology and now to PRGeeks by his fascination with computers and video games that began when he got his first Tandy computer as a boy. He loves his job for lots of reasons—especially all the new places and people he meets as he drives around on his mission to remedy computer problems.

Amilkar is hoping to see the day when technology provides a solution for helping preserve the planet, but in the meantime, he’ll do what he does best: helping people solve their computer problems and making things easier for end users. One of the more recent members of the PRGeek team has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a CompTIA A+ Ceritified Professional that was drawn to this line of work by his insatiable appetite for problem solving and passion for computers.
